Live poker is far more soul crushing regarding variance. You will get so much variance in terms of cards, quality of opponents and your personal reaction to these factors, than the idea of a win-rate is meaningless IMO. If the best players can only make $15/hr at this game, I won't even bother trying to get to that level. I'm just curious as to what a solid pro can make. And I'll just get it out of the way right now.I'm NOT saying I'm a "solid pro" who can make more than anyone at this game. WIth all the fish I would think a solid pro can beat $20/hr but I'm just speculating.Īs for the trolls, if you must troll, make it at least funny please. (2) What do you imagine a sustainable and practical win rate is for this game? I've read in out forums that $20/hr is about as good as you can expect (over the long run obv). (1) Should I tighten up my range a bit or loosen it up more since the game is way looser than it is online? I never limp online but if I'm there are 4 limpers in front of me and I look down at 77 or AQ, what's a good play? (Ok I guess I have 3 questions, lol). This game is VASTLY different than the 6max NL games online. However I'm getting burnt out a bit and would like to mix in some live NL as well.īay 101 and M8trix spreads a $2-$3-$5 NL game, typically with 9 players. Have been doing pretty well at the $2-$4 and $3-$6 game. I have been playing a ton of NL 6max online.
